As you'll soon see, I am an attorney driven by the highest moral compass a person can have—respect and conscience for fellow human beings. I have practiced both as a barrister in South Africa and as a litigation attorney in the United States. This has provided me with a broad range of experience in two different systems, one where there is no discovery and the other where the focus of litigation tends to be in discovery. This combination of experience enables me to develop the facts necessary for trial or settlement at a substantial saving to my clients. This type of experience is commonly found only at the large, international law firms with high priced legal talent working on the case.
